1.Characteristics
HongLi®1013 Surface sizing agent is a kind of styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion. lt can improve the water resistance and surfacestrength of paper or board, reduce the lint and dust of paper, and improve the printability of paper. lt can be used in printing paper, coated paper, white cardboard, offset paper and light weight coated paper, etc.
2.Physical & Chemical Properties
Appearance: Yellow or brown emulsion
Solid Content(%): 25.0±1
pH value: 3-6
Viscosity(mPa·s,25℃): ≤100
Density(g/cm3): 1.0-1.1
lonicity: Weak anionic
Solubility: Soluble in water
3.Usage
The recommended dosage is 1.0-4.0 kg per ton paper. The dosagein each case is related to water-proof demand, raw material, performance of paper machine and so on, Generally, the product is continuously added into the gelatinizedstarch tank or pipe, or added into the storage tank in batches.
The temperature of starch solution should not be higher than 70℃.
Higher temperature will affect surfacing sizing effect.
4.Packing& Storage
Polyethylene plastic drum,net weight 200kg/1000kg.
The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and especially should be prevented from freezing andexposure. The storage period is 6 months.
