HongLi®9040 Waterborne Alkyd Resin Emulsion is a water-based alkyd resin made by a specific process. lt has low VOC, good initial water resistance and corrosion resistance, fast surface drying and fast drying, and can replace traditional oily alkyd. Product Features:
Low VOC, ≤10%, is the development direction of waterborne industrial paints and meets the requirements of national environmental labeling products.
Good initial water resistance and corrosion resistance, surface dry 1 ~ 2h that is water resistance.
Dry and dry fast, can replace the traditional oily alkyd resin.
The initial drying hardness is high, and the growth rate is fast, The surface is not sticky for1 to 2 hours.
Instructions:
When used, you can add according to your own needs. The product is stable under slightlyalkaline conditions. The addition of acidic substances such as acidic pigments and drierscan easily break emulsions. When adding acidic substances, adjust the pH of acidic substances. The pH can be adjusted with organic amines.
The viscosity will increase as the pH increases. The solvent is preferably diluted with waterand added after experiments without backcoagulation. Too much water solubles in thepigment can easily demulsify the emulsion. Part of the dispersant may affect the luster ofthe emulsion at the time of polishing. lt is recommended to select by experiment. it is recommended to use BYK190.

Preservation period:
Above -5℃, the original barrel is sealed from light and stored for at least 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place, After the original package is opened, avoid contact with the air for a long time so as not to affect the product quality.
