HongLi®9075 is a modified alkyd dispersion resin, which has the character-istics of good wettability, fast drying, fast hardness improvement and good water resistancein the initial stage.
Characteristics:
Dry fast, under standard temperature and humidity: less than 1 hour surfacedry, 1.5 hours finger dry. Good water resistance at the initial stage, water resistance after surface drying, water resistance≥ 24 hours after drying for 1 hour.
The minimum film-forming temperature is lower, so long as the moisture can be volatilized, the film has a drying property. The hardness increases quickly. Good wettability with pigment, and excellent adhesion to substrat.
The resistance to flash rust and salt spray is good. Paint making andconstruction technology are similar to solvent alkyd resid, and the operation is convenient. the mechanical and freeze-thaw stability is good.

Reference application:
Becauseit is aone-component resin,the construction is convenient. Normally, there is no applicable period. Widely used in steel structure, guardrail, pipeline, various facilities and equipment and other fields. lt can dry itself at room temperature or bake at low temperature to accelerate drying. Fast drying, fast hardness improvement, good initialwater resistance, wide adaptability.

Preservation period:
Above -5℃, the original barrel sealed to avoid light storage, 12 months storage period. Store in a cool, dry place. After the original package is opened, you should avoid contact with the air for a long time and avoid exposure to the sun, so as not to affect the quality of the product.
