HongLi®2050 is a solid epoxy resin waterborne emulsion. It has the characteristics of small particle size, water resistance, salt fog resistance, acid and alkali resistance, stable storage and so on.
Characteristic:
Storage stability, low temperature storage at -5℃
High molecular weight, providing good flexibility and fast drying speed.
Environmental protection, does not contain BCS (ethylene glycol mono butyl ether) and APEO(alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether).
The emulsifier content is small and contains two epoxy groups, which can participate in reaction, improve water resistance and corrosion resistance.
The adaptation period is long and the construction is strong.

Reference uses:
With waterborne epoxy curing agents, we produce various waterborne epoxy coatings, such as floor paint, anticorrosive paint, glass paint, wall paint, alkaliresistant primer and so on. lt is widely used in containers, automobiles, construction machinery, steel structures, and petroleum, petrochemical and anticorrosive fields.When designing the formulation of antiseptic paint, please use HongLi 15% 2050. When mixing with the curing agent, the stirring time should be maintained for more than 3 minutes.

Shelf life:
the original barrel seal is stored at least -5 for more than 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening the original package, avoid contact with the air for a longtime, so as not to affect the quality of the product.
