HongLi®2053 is an aqueous emulsion of solid epoxy resin. With a small particle size, water resistance, salt spray resistance, acid and alkali, storage stability and so on.
Features:
Storage stable, resistant to -10℃ low temperature storage
Higher molecular weight provides good flexibility and faster surface dry speed
Emulsifier content is small and contains two epoxy groups, can participate in the reaction, improve water resistance,anti-corrosion performance
Good varnish with good transparency

Reference use:
In cooperation with waterborne epoxy curing agents, we produce various types of waterborne epoxy coatings, such as floor paints, anti-corrosion paints, glass paints, wall paints, anti-alkali primers, etc. Widely used in containers, automobiles, construction machinery, steel structures and petroleum petrochemical anti-corrosion and other fields.When designing an anti-corrosion paint formula, use an excess of 10% HongLi 2053.
When mixing with hardener components, keep stirring for more than 5 minutes.

Preservation period:
Above -5℃, the original barrel is sealed from light and stored for at least 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place. After the original package is opened, avoid contact with the air for a long time so as not to affect the product quality.
