Product Features:
HongLi®2075 is a water-based epoxy resin made from high-quality solid epoxy resin, featuring fast drying, high solid content, small particle size, water resistance, salt spray resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and good storage stability. It is stable for storage and can withstand low temperatures down to -5°C. It is environmentally friendly, free of BCS (butyl glycol ether) and APEO (alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether). It has a balance of crosslink density and flexibility. With a low emulsifier content and two epoxy groups, it can participate in reactions to enhance waterproofing and provide good corrosion resistance. It has a good self-emulsifying effect, and the particle size of the emulsion is uniform.

Usage Instructions:
HongLi®2075 is anhydrous and can be used to produce water-based epoxy zinc-rich primers, aluminum powder coatings, and high solid anti-corrosion coatings. It is used in combination with water-based epoxy curing agents to manufacture various water-based epoxy coatings, such as floor coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, glass coatings, wall coatings, and alkaline-resistant primers. It is widely used in fields such as containers, automobiles, construction machinery, steel structures, and petrochemical anti-corrosion.

Shelf Life:
-5°C to room temperature, stored in original sealed containers away from light, with a shelf life of at least 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place.
After opening the original packaging, avoid prolonged exposure to air to prevent affecting product quality.
