1.Characteristics
HongLi®605 Insolubilizer agent is a kind of environment-friendly organo silicone composition with free formaldehyde. The product can improve wet picking strength, surface strength, abrasion resistance,ink absorption performance and printability of coated paper. Relatively, it has less dosage, fast curing speed, especially in high speed coating paper machine. lt can be used in coated paper, white paper, white card and LWC, etc.

Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid
Content(%): ≥95%
Viscosity(mPa·s,25℃): ≤30
Density(g/cm3,25℃): 1.05-1.15
Solubility: Soluble in organic solvent
3.Usage
The recommended dosageis 0.1-0.3%.
lt can be added directly, when preparing the coating mixture.
4.Packing & Storage
Polyethylene plastic drum, net weight 200kg/1000kg.
The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse,and especially should be prevented from freezing and exposure.The storage period is 6 months.
