1.Characteristics
HongLi®620 Insolubilizer is a kind of polyamide resin with freeformaldehyde. The product can improve wet picking strength, surface strength, abrasion resistance, ink absorption performance and printability of coated paper. Meanwhile, it can improve liquidity of coatings, decrease the stain, and reduce pinhole porosity and slay of paper. lt has good crosslinking effect with starch, soy protein and SB latex, especially in the coating mixture of calcium carbonate. lt can be used in coated paper, white paper, white card and LWC, etc.

3.Usage
The recommended dosage is 0.3-2%.
It can be added directly or dilutedly, when preparing the coating mixture. Added after starch, its relevant effect is better.
4.Packing & Storage
Polyethylene plastic drum, net weight 200kg/1000kg. The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and especially should be prevented from freezing and exposure. The storage period is 6 months.
