1.Characteristics
HongLi®625K Insolubilizer is a kind of potassium zirconium carbonatecompounds (KZC). lt can rapidly improve water resistance, surface wet picking strength and ink absorption performance. Meanwhile, the product can improve liquidity of coatings, decrease the stain, and reduce pinhole porosity and slay of paper, especially in the coating mixture of calcium carbonate. lt can be used in coated paper, white paper, white card, carbonless paper, etc.

3.Usage
The recommended dosageis 0.2-0.8%.
It can be added directly or dilutedly, when preparing the coating mixture. Added after starch, its relevant effect is better.
4.Packing & Storage
Polyethylene plastic drum, net weight 200kg/1000kg.
The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and especially should be prevented from freezing and exposure. The storage period is 6 months.
