1.Characteristics
HongLi®630 Insolubilizer is a kind of polyamide-polyurea resin. lt can improve water resistance, surface wet picking strength, glossiness, ink absorption performance and printability of coated paper. Owing to good crosslinking effect with starch, soy protein and SB latex, the product can improve mechanical and scrubbing-resistant property, decrease the stain, and reduce pinhole porosity and slay of paper, especially in the coating mixture of calcium carbonate. lt can be used in coated paper, white paper, white card, carbonless paper, etc.

3.Usage
Therecommended dosageis 0.3-2%.
It can be added directly or dilutedly, when preparing the coating mixture. Added after starch, its relevant effect is better.
4.Packing & Storage
Polyethylene plastic drum, net weight 200kg/1000kg.
The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and especially should be prevented from freezing and exposure. The storage period is 6 months.
