1.Characteristics
HongLi®635 Insolubilizer is a kind of modified glyoxal resin. lt can improve water resistance, surface wet picking strength, glossiness, ink absorption performance and printability of coated paper.
It can be used in coated paper, white paper, white card, carbonlesspaper, etc.
2.Physical & Chemical Properties
Appearance: Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid
Solid Content(%): 50.0±1
pH value: 3-5
Viscosity(mPa·s,25℃): ≤100
Density(g/cm3): 1.15-1.25
lonicity: Weak cationic
Solubility: Soluble in water
3.Usage
The recommended dosageis 0.3-2%.
It can be added directly or dilutedly, when preparing the coating mixture. Added after starch, its relevant effect is better.
4. Packing & Storage
Polyethylene plastic drum,net weight 200kg/1000kg.
The product should be kept sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and especially should be prevented from freezing and exposure. The storage period is 6 months.
